- Prepare together with the stakeholders, the definition of the roadmap of our product.
- Responsible for carrying out the product backlog, having the responsibility to prioritize the features that the development team will implement.
- Plan the work of the development team together with the CTO, defining the release dates and their scope.
- Establish the expected deliverables in each sprint, seeking to deliver value to our product with each iteration.
- Ensure the progress of the developments according to the planning and collaborating with the development team to resolve doubts or complications that arise during the implementation.
- Responsible for measuring the impact of the delivered solutions, as well as the use of the product by our clients.
- Work together with the UI/UX team, to constantly improve the experience of our users.
- Evaluation and review of the quality of the deliverables and validation of compliance with the acceptance criteria.
